  1. Print off the Donor Form found on this site.

  2. Fill in the amount you wish to donate and your credit card details, including the Security Number.

  3. Specify whether you would like your donation to be in Canadian or US Funds.

  4. Sign the form.

  5. Complete the DONOR INFORMATION section (very important for getting a tax receipt to you!).
